Resources 1-3 are specifically useful to the TPR-S classroom.
1. This site, made by and called Susan Gross, is great for ideas for homework, reproducibles and classroom management tips for the TPR-S classroom. Susan also includes great links and advice for some common problems that TPR-S teachers have when they are starting out. Rating: 4 (versatility is limited; content specific)

2. This site, called TPRS Publishing, inc., made by TPRS publishing (or AlphaGeek Web Design) offers affordable materials, workshops, webinars, foreign language classes and theory. Great for teacher enrichment and TPR-S supplies. Rating: 3 (Content specific and indirectly applicable to classroom)

3. El Plan de Dr Evil, (A youtube video), made by Mr. Tejeda, a middle school foreign language teacher, is a podcast that you could use in class as the TPRS story or use as homework for the students to look up or even as a plan for a substitute (difficult to get good sub plans in the TPRS foreign language classroom)!!! Rating is a 5, specific but versatile content!


These sites are not specifically useful for informing your TPRS instruction but are useful for any foreign language teacher.

4. Called “Monolingualism Can be Cured” and made by Jim Becker this site is great because it has resources and links for some of your more obscure languages; Tons of links; Made for language educators and individual learners as well. Rating of 4

5. Notes in Spanish is a site, created by Ben Curtis and Marina Diez, that was meant to sell their teaching abilities and materials but they offer many free audio casts and worksheet that are useable in the classroom or as homework. They also offer great examples of the Spanish accent! Rating of 3

6. Radio Lingua Network, an awesome site made for the learner but usable for the teacher as homework or accent demos. Great anywhere anytime learning. Made as a commercial site but the first ten lessons are free. Rating of 3


Just for fun

If you have finished everything and there is one minute left then this youtube video is sure to entertain. Be advised though that there is a phrase "Cerveza es bueno" = beer is good (should be buena). You decide what your students can handle.
